SEASON 15

When we formed BodyVox 15 years ago, we never imagined that it would become a major force in the arts landscape of Portland and beyond. Yet, after 17 evening length shows, 3 operas, 8 award winning films and tours across North America, Europe, and Asia we find ourselves on the eve of a milestone anniversary and our most ambitious season to date.

This season we will once again create major new works and revisit favorites from our past. We will explore Stravinsky’s Soldier’s Tale with Chamber Music Northwest, offer a free performance in the Washington Park Amphitheater, remount our holiday show BloodyVox: Fresh Blood, present another evening of skinner/kirk DANCE ENSEMBLE, mount another production featuring BodyVox-2, tour our work to Europe, and return with our final show of the season in May, FIFTEEN.

We would be remiss not to point out that it is our relationship with our audience that we cherish most. Night after night, show after show, year after year, it is this dialogue that remains essential to our mission.
