A fun filled adult class of movement and choreography with technique based in the tradition of the African Diaspora. This class will focus on the movement vocabulary and technical aspects of African dances that have transcended from continent to continent. A breath filled relaxing warm-up that begins on the floor and progresses to across the floor and choreographic phrases. The music is a mix of traditional and contemporary artists.
Open to all levels.
