A freewheeling, multi-media, boundary-bending movement troupe, BodyVox’s unique approach to theater assimilates all possibilities for movement; endows it with breathtaking physicality; enriches it with striking imagery and embellishes it with humor, wit and whimsy to create refined dancing that knows no boundaries.

Touring extensively throughout the U.S. as well as Canada, Mexico, Japan and Europe; on stage, BodyVox brings its full personality to the fore with a reputation for adventurous and innovative choreography that is challenging and engaging for committed dance fans while also remaining accessible to new audiences. The Company has been presented three times by White Bird in Portland, OR, performed twice at The Joyce Theater in New York, performed for 35,000 Los Angeles County fifth graders at the L.A. Music Center, performed withthe American String Quartet at the La Jolla Music Festival, has made  three visits to the Annenberg Center in Philadelphia and most recently returned from a ten day tour of Germany. ‘Reverie’ ‘Water Bodies’ and ‘Carmina Burana’ are available for touring now through 2011.

BodyVox On Tour performances include an Outreach element that is developed in collaboration with the presenter.

BodyVox is available for touring year round.

BodyVox usually tours with 7-8 dancers and 2 Technicians.

BodyVox will have a booth at WAA, Midwest Arts, PAE and APAP.
