Contemporary technique incorporates improvisation, floor work, and standing sequences to propel us through space with energetic phrase work. Inspired by exercises from modern dance, Counter Technique, and ballet, this class is a full body workout. Prepare to stretch, sweat, and get grounded.
This in person class will be limited to 8 people. As class sizes are very limited during our safe re-opening of the dance center, there will be a waiting list and all students will be charged for no-shows and late cancels.
